Note: At this time I am not offering group classes.  Private, in-home classes are available for scheduling at your convenience.

Birth Languages

$225 per couple

This course is designed for pregnant women and their partner (whoever will be supporting you in labor). You will do a deep-dive into your Birth Language and develop tools to help you cope effectively with labor and birth. Partners will learn doula-tested support tools and when to use them to work with the mother's unique Birth Language.

 

Socially distanced classes meet weekly for five weeks.

 

Topics covered include nutrition, the "how's and why's" of birth, comfort techniques for pregnancy and labor, mindful pregnancy and birth practices, common medical terms and interventions, relationship focus, and postpartum care.
